When placing your orders, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping procedures, terms and conditions for all orders shipped from MasonicSoftware.com. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders will ship US postal service Priority mail, with delivery confirmation.   Insurance is optional.  Only orders being shipped to the United States of America can purchase Domestic shipping insurance.  Domestic insurance includes Military Addresses (FPO, APO, etc).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders shipped global priority mail, unless otherwise noted.  Insurance is optional.  Also, please remember, you are responsible to pay import duty or sales tax that may be applied. 

SHIPPING TIMES

The US Postal service lists domestic Priority mail shipping as 1-3 days.  We have seen Priority shipping take as long as 5 days.  The US Postal service lists international Priority mail mail as 6-10 days.  We have seen international Priority mail take as long as 35 days to arrive.  Normally shipping to Australia, Canada, France and England take the least amount of time.  Other countries may take a few days extra. 

We ship all orders within 24 hours.  If you order Monday through Thurs, normally your order will ship next business day.  If you order on Friday, your order will ship on Monday (although, we routinely ship on Saturday).  Exceptions to our "24-hour" rule are bad weather, complications with your order, or other situations beyond our control. 

INSURANCE

We offer insurance on all items shipped from MasonicSoftware.com.  You can accept or waive the insurance, it is your choice.  If you do not purchase domestic or international insurance (you waive insurance) we will not replace lost, stolen or damaged items; we will only prove that we shipped the item.  Proof of shipment for all waived orders: Domestic orders: Delivery confirmation receipt from the US postal service; International orders/US Military orders (APO, FPO, etc):  Certificate of mailing from the US postal service.  Delivery confirmation nor certificate of mailing provide insurance.    

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Since 1997 about 99% of our customers report trouble free shipping!  Do you want trouble free shipping and order receiving? First, ask your postal carrier not to leave packages outside your house and not to leave packages with neighbors.  Second, ensure you provide the correct address for shipment.  Third, purchase postal insurance, when available.

FINAL THOUGHTS

This policy is to keep our Brothers and Sisters (our customers) happy. We offer some of the lowest shipping on the net! We do not know of many sites that a domestic order can ship for our price that includes: Priority mail shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance (if you decide)… all shipped within 24 hours.  Purchase with confidence!!!
