Shipping Questions

Q. Who can purchase your products?
A. Anyone.

Q. If I'm a non-Mason can I purchase your products?
A. Yes. Contrary to popular believe among anti-Masons, Freemasonry is not a secretive society. We only ask that our products be used for the "good" of Freemasonry.

Q. Do you ship to FPO or Military addresses outside the United States?
A. Yes, we support all FPO addresses and military addresses.

Q. I see a picture of a box next to the CD description. Do I receive a box with my order?
A. No. We only ship the CD in a CD case. In order to save on shipping and production cost, we do not ship a box with our online orders. This is a cost savings that is passed directly to you.

Q.  Where can I find more information?
A.  You can read our shipping procedures, terms and conditions: Click Here (will open a new window).

Purchase Questions

Q. What are your payment options?
A. You can pay: 1. Our online store. This is the preferred method of payment. You can pay using various methods (Visa, Master Card, American Express). This is a easy, quick and secure method of payment. 2. Mail. Mail the form along with a check or money order.

Q. How many CD's do you keep in stock?
A. We keep enough supplies in stock to fill orders within 24 hours. For larger orders or special orders, will normally take 48 hours to fill. Since all production is centralized, we can provide expedient turn-around times.

Q. Another site is charging more for your products than you are. Why is this?
A. We can not, and do not, regulate what prices our "resale" affiliates charge.

Q. Do you offer encryption and what kind on credit card purchases?
A. We offer SSL 128-bit encryption.

Q. What is SSL?
A. The below information is information explaining SSL (a very important security feature we use.) Digital certificates encrypt data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry-standard method for protecting web communications originally developed by Netscape Communications Corporation. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and web servers, simply installing a digital certificate turns on their SSL capabilities.

SSL comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of the "session key" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Most browsers support 40-bit SSL sessions, and the latest browsers, including Netscape Communicator 4.0, enable users to encrypt transactions in 128-bit sessions - trillions of times stronger than 40-bit sessions. Global companies that require international transactions over the web can use a global server certificates program to offer strong encryption to their customers.

General Questions

Q. I notice you sell graphics. Why do not have more on your site?
A. Site loading times. Unfortunately, we still have many Brothers on dialup. Our last site took 17 seconds to load. Brothers on dialup will not wait for sites that slow to load.

Q. Why are you selling these products?
A. First, help Brothers further their education in Freemasonry; second, to produce products that help the Lodge Secretary perform his job; and third, to help Lodges retain members.

Q. What happens to all the money you are making?
A. There is not a lot of money to be made in this business. Ask many Masonic business owners and they will tell you it is a "Labor of Love." It is no different with our business. All profit is retained in the business for research, upgrades, and new products.
