A. No.

Q. What is the eligibility for purchasing the upgrade?
A. You must be the original purchaser of the product.

Q. What happens if you cannot verify my previous order?
A. We will attempt to contact you. If that fails we will refund your order.

Q. What is the difference between an upgrade and an update?
A. An upgrade is a major change in a product so there is a charge. An update is a minimal change (normally to correct issues) so it is free.
